Expressive Wellness brings art and music together through experiential workshops, trainings, and retreats designed to foster learning through connection, reflection, and well-being. Created by art and music therapists Bodhi and Kate, our programs invite participants to experience accessible creative tools firsthand through music and art making, mindfulness, reflection, and connection. We offer programs for clinicians, educators, organizations, and communities, and tailor experiences to the needs of each group.
Clinical trainings integrating research, creative exploration, and practical tools for professionals.
Experiential programs designed to support connection, creativity, restoration, and workplace well-being.
Immersive creative experiences offering space to learn, connect, reflect, and recharge.
We believe creative approaches are best understood by experiencing them.
Our workshops and trainings combine research and practical information with opportunities to participate in music, art-making, reflection, and other creative experiences. Whether we're working with clinicians, educators, healthcare teams, or community groups, we create space for participants to explore ideas firsthand and consider how they might translate into their own work and lives.
